The only National Historic Landmark in the Greater Orlando Area, the A&Hs Maitland Art Center is known for its amazing Mayan revival architecture and boasts more than 200 sculptures, murals and reliefs throughout the almost three acre campus. Originally built as an artist colony by Jules André Smith in 1937, the facility has hosted acclaimed American Artists such as Milton Avery and Ralston Crawford.
